KISSM + posting..
alhamdulillah,selesai sudah program KPLI..selama setahun lidah tgeliat blaja TESL..haha (gare2 clas phonetics)..tp frankly speaking,it's fun n i enjoyed myself..
esaimen sudah - praktikum sudah - exam sudah..huhu
so now,it's time 4 posting..huhu nervous pn ade..yela kot2 kne campak ke east malaysia but kalo da takdir ke sane..layan aje,zasssss hehe
lg 11 hari, kne blik kl utk KISSM..wut is KISSM all about???
Nak tahu apa maksud Kursus Induksi (KISSM) ? Kursus Induksi Sistem Saraan Malaysia dikenali sebagai KISSM. Kursus ni penting, dan wajib bagi semua pegawai baru yang bekerja dalam Perkhidmatan Awam sebelum mereka disahkan dalam jawatan.
Tujuan utama Kursus Induksi (KISSM) ? Kursus ni diadakan untuk memastikan pegawai baru bekerja dapat memberikan perkhidmatan terbaik , cemerlang serta dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan persekitaran dan budaya kerja. Nak tahu lebih lanjut berkenaan
Tempoh Kursus Induksi ? Selalunya 3 Hari Dua Malam, 10 Jam, serta Pembelajaran Kendiri guna CD.
Cara Penilaian Kursus Induksi : Terdapat tugasan secara individu, berkumpulan, dan juga Ujian Akhir Kursus (UAK). Berbeza bagi kumpulan I, II, & III.
KUMPULAN 1
Anggota-Anggota Kumpulan Pengurusan dan Profesional dan anggota-anggota Kumpulan Sokongan dalam Gred 5, 6 serta gred-gred lain yang setaraf dalam Kumpulan B.
KUMPULAN II
Anggota-anggota Kumpulan Sokongan dalam gred 7,8,9,10,11,12,14,15 dan 16 (yang setaraf dengan Kumpulan C dan D.
KUMPULAN III
Anggota-anggota Kumpulan sokongan dalam gred K@, K3, R3, K7, R10 dan R11 (yang setaraf dengan Kumpulan Mahir, Separuh Mahir, Tidak Mahir)
Kumpulan I:
· Penilaian Sepanjang Kursus (PSK) = 60%
· Ujian Akhir Kursus (UAK) = 40%
Kumpulan II:
· Penilaian Sepanjang Kursus (PSK) = 100%
Kumpulan III:
· Penilaian Sepanjang Kursus (PSK) = 100%
Semakan Keputusan Kursus Induksi : Boleh dibuat dengan buat semakan secara online di laman Web Rasmi Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia http://www.moe.gov.my

" aku terima nikahnya..." - soul declaration
saw some updates in facebook. i think i have been with people around me that says No to this, that i actually forget about the majority of people who are still very much loving every single moment of couple-hood. all those mushy, lovey dovey stuff that never fails to make the guys smiling randomly, and the girls all flattered, giggly and happy.
it's a whole different world aint it? getting to know one another, taking pictures, supporting one another in studies and stuff, sharing your food together, occasionally looking at your phones just to peek at her/his picture, wearing matching clothes to a friend's house, tweeting how much you love one another for the whole world to acknowledge, teasing each other cutely, followed by pujuk-memujuk, and ending with "i love you too." aw.. so sweet :)
true. i'm a normal typical girl. who smiles and giggles at these kind of mushy stuff. and i cant wait to do all the mushy stuff too. BUT. only when the right time comes. when is it? definitely not now. and not when he says he'll marry me and give me an engagement ring and stuff. no. it's right when this special one guy says:
"aku terima nikahnya..."
that's when i'll make sure ill be doing all the stuff that everybody else is doing. for all i know, at that particular time, Allah says ok to all the sweet things done. kan?
thought of a very poyo statement the other day, but i think it summarizes all:
if you want to have me,
you need to go through Him first,
err..and my mommy too.
