sakit kepala..

Lately, i've been experiencing frequent annoying headaches

My suspicion goes to the cholesterol level. Previous check-up a couple of years back indicated my level was beyond the normal figure. And also i've this thing about staying under the sun or under the cold weather too long, i'd get headaches.. i know i can eat only little meat cause doing otherwise would result to a whole day of torturous pain.. Solution i take, more often than not, i'd have to relieve the pain either by consuming the bitter paracetamol or the most effective way - throw up..

Anyone with medical background or just any information about this, please help explain what is it actually i'm having here?
